The senior team's judgment, captured once and available on demand.

A foundation team encoded each senior reviewer's decision frame as a structured assessment: criteria, failure modes, examples, voice. Anyone, or any automation, can run it on demand. The slow back-and-forth of 'can you take a look?' became a final-form output produced in minutes.

Time saved

Senior-judgment assessments now callable on demand, in parallel, across the team.

Better quality
Structured

RAG output against named criteria, consistent across runs. Replaces unstructured verbal feedback.

Better visibility
Explicit

Each reviewer's criteria are now legible to the team. No longer locked in a senior person's head.

Less drift
Days → min

Reviewer's evolving judgment propagates to the whole team in one update. No stale frames.

The loop that was replaced

Days, collapsed to minutes.

Before
Schedule a review with the senior person.
  1. 01Schedule time on the senior reviewer's calendar
  2. 02Brief them on context
  3. 03Discuss; capture verbal feedback
  4. 04Wait for written follow-up
  5. 05Iterate; possibly re-schedule
Days of elapsed time · senior calendar absorbs it
After
Run the reviewer's encoded assessment.
  1. 01Point the assessment at the document or decision
  2. 02Receive a structured read in their voice, against their criteria, with red/amber/green output and flagged risks
  3. 03If you disagree, the disagreement updates the encoded frame, and the next person gets the better version
Minutes of elapsed time · reviewer's calendar untouched
The encoded library

Each reviewer’s frame, captured once.

Each one was authored as a working document with the senior reviewer in the room: their criteria, the failure modes they look for, examples of past calls that shaped their judgment, the structured output format they want produced. The reviewer's role shifts from doing the reviews to maintaining the standard.
