No. The course assumes seniority, not engineering. You'll design a Skill or Agent in plain language and demonstrate it working. If you can write a clear brief for a direct report, you can do this work.
Three role-specific questions, due 48 hours before Day 1. They surface a real workflow you own. That workflow becomes your working artefact across both days. No reading. No videos. Roughly 30 minutes of honest answers.
Yes. We run the cohort for your organisation. You decide who needs to go through it and we onboard them. This is not a public cohort your people join alongside others. It is a private programme built for your organisation, run on your schedule, with your context throughout. Each cohort accommodates up to 10 people.
